Who You Are:
- Experience with project-based accounting, including revenue tracking and cost analysis
- Background in accounting within complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with leadership
- Comfort stepping into evolving processes and helping implement structure
- Oversee key accounting functions related to project tracking, reporting, and financial accuracy
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with established guidelines
- Support month-end close activities and assist with audit readiness
- Partner closely with leadership to improve workflows and reporting visibility
- Provide oversight to transactional accounting functions, with potential for team leadership
- Assist in system transitions and process improvements as needed
