Accounting Clerk

Providing essential administrative and accounting support to the Production Accounting team, the full-time Accounting Clerk will manage Cashet reconciliations, payroll tracking, and budget entry while working in a flexible hybrid or remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage Cashet reconciliations, perform envelope audits, and import transactions into accounting systems Administer Cashet funding requests and maintain cash activity records for financial control Maintain weekly payroll tracking grids and assist with accounts payable data entry and invoice processing Required qualifications Production accounting experience is required; a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, finance, or administrative roles, preferably in entertainment or media Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial data management Experience with production accounting systems or payroll tracking is preferred
