Senior Social Content Creator

ResMed seeks a Senior Social Creative Producer to develop and execute social media content that brings the brand's story to life across platforms. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on creative production—from concepting and writing to shooting and editing short-form videos—while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to build a distinctive healthcare brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand briefs, audience insights, and cultural moments into compelling social concepts and scripts
- Conceive, shoot, edit, and optimize short-form videos for platform-specific engagement and storytelling
- Balance planned campaign production with rapid-response content tied to timely social conversations
- Lead creative experimentation with emerging formats, technologies, and editing techniques to evolve brand expression
- Partner with strategy, paid media, community, and analytics teams to refine creative approach using data insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social creative, content production, or digital storytelling
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creative vision and measurable impact
- Proficiency in concepting, writing, shooting, and editing short-form video content
- Deep platform expertise in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social channels
- Demonstrated ability to produce both fast-turn reactive content and polished brand campaigns
- Experience collaborating with creators, agencies, and external production partners
- Comfort or willingness to learn healthcare regulatory requirements in creative work
Compensation: $98,000–$123,000 USD annually
