About the role: The Coordinator, Corporate Services is responsible for all corporate first impressions, serving as the first point of contact for Coventry in person and on the phone. Key Job Responsibilities: Greet visitors and field all incoming phone calls to the Coventry main line. Oversee daily office functions to ensure everything runs efficiently. Balance and prioritize various tasks and requests from different departments. Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality. Utilize strong email and phone communication skills.
