Job Description
The Sushi Hot Food Chef will work in a small team environment, focusing on preparing and cooking sushi dishes while adhering strictly to established recipes. This role emphasizes maintaining food safety standards, and kitchen cleanliness. While the position involves limited opportunities for career advancement, it offers valuable experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting with major FUTURE BONUSES and a FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE with a PAID LUNCH HOUR as well as PAID TRAINING.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook hot food dishes following strict recipes
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout food preparation
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a small team setting
- Able to work near hot foods
Preferred Qualifications
- EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION NOT REQUIRED
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong knife skills
- Effective time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy kitchen
