Yard Laborer / Diversion Specialist Truck Team Member - Recycle Sorter / Yard Operator Pay: $23–25/hr. Opportunity for overtime and advancement. Responsibilities Alongside Truck Team Members, recycling and processing knowledge of production processes, process flow and quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety procedures. Conserve material and identify different metals, electronics, and liquids to appropriately sort and recycle. Sort and organize items by type and condition. Qualifications 21+ years of age for driver positions (required for insurance purposes). Valid standard driver’s license and good driving record. Positive, friendly attitude. Detail-oriented, ability to follow instructions. Physically able to lift/carry 50 pounds regularly, up to 75 pounds occasionally, 100+ pounds as a team lift repeatedly over a full shift. Good communication skills. Additional Perks ICHRA - Individual Healthcare Reimbursement after 90 days. Simple IRA - Retirement Match up to 3%. Holiday Pay - 3 holidays paid time and a half for hours worked.
