Recruiter Position At Paschal Home ServicesPaschal Home Services is a privately held, non–private equity backed home services provider, still growing with 13 locations and 400+ employees. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Recruiter to support hiring across our HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and support departments. This individual will source and engage candidates, manage assigned recruiting needs, and partner with hiring managers to attract great talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of results.
