Assisting the Sr Category Development Manager, the full-time Category Development Manager will lead the category management process for Family Care categories at Target, focusing on developing growth strategies through data analysis and retailer partnerships. Key responsibilities Analyze and track key business metrics to drive category growth Develop strategic recommendations for assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising Utilize space planning software to create and validate planograms Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of relevant CPG experience Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen or IRI) preferred Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Sales Analysis and/or Category Management experience preferred
