Project Executive

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead complex capital, construction, and renovation projects across a multi-unit environment. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact projects from concept through completion.

Relocation to Farmington, PA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Oversee renovations, expansions, and infrastructure improvements across multiple sites
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, and timelines
• Lead vendor bidding, contract review, and on-site project oversight
• Maintain detailed documentation, reporting, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Project Management
• 8+ years of project management experience in construction, hospitality, or large-scale commercial environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and timeline management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred

• Experience with multi-site or multi-unit projects
• Background in capital planning or long-term development
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certifications
• Experience in complex or fast-paced environments
