SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver a warm, genuine, and memorable welcome to every guest, embodying Southern hospitality with a touch of Dolly-inspired charm, humility, and personality Uphold luxury service standards and brand voice, ensuring every interaction feels personal—not transactional Clean and prepare guest rooms to impeccable luxury standards, ensuring every detail reflects comfort and care Deliver a consistent, high-quality presentation of rooms including linens, amenities, and cleanliness Identifyand report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with the utmost care and discretion Restock carts andmaintainorganization of housekeeping areas and supplies Respond to guest requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalism Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover during high occupancy Create a welcoming, refreshed environment that feels personal and inviting Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Represent the hotel’s culture of kindness, pride, and attention to detail in every room serviced Maintain highstandards at all times while on property and allguestfacing space in the hotel. Including professional posture, full uniform, welcoming demeanor, nopersonal devices atanytime, food/beverage, and any other items as directed by senior leadership.
