Key Responsibilities\n

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists at Inner Journey are responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive intake evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients.

• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions aimed at helping clients navigate their personal challenges and improve their mental well-being.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, couples counseling, or family therapy, depending on areas of expertise and interest.

• Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, using electronic health record systems.

Our LMFTs primarily work with adolescents, couples, and families seeking therapeutic support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a valid Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).
