Store Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager for a opportunity with a retail store in the makeup industry in San Juan, PR. This role is ideal for a retail professional who enjoys leading a team, supporting daily store operations, and creating a positive customer experience in a beauty-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise store employees and support daily team performance, productivity, and customer service standards.
- Create and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate store coverage.
- Assist with payroll-related duties and maintain accurate employee time or attendance information.
- Prepare store reports and help track operational activity, sales performance, or staffing needs.
- Manage daily retail store operations, including opening and closing activities, customer support, and issue resolution.
- Promote a professional, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- High school diploma required.
- Previous experience as a manager in the retail industry required.
- Experience with scheduling, employee supervision, payroll support, reporting, and daily store operations required.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with open availability based on store needs.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to motivate employees and solve problems in a fast-paced retail setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or makeup retail industry.
