Vice President OF Product Management

SWBC Product ManagerSWBC is seeking a talented individual who will partner with senior and executive leadership to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive the development of innovative solutions. Will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products offered to financial institutions and sold to their members during the auto loan origination process. These products are designed to protect the loan and underlying collateral while generating valuable non-interest income for the financial institution. This role requires balancing client needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and business objectives to deliver products that enhance member value and support the financial institution's growth and profitability. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Will also be responsible for monitoring product performance and driving continuous improvement to ensure product growth.
