Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads strongly preferred
• Skilled in developing and executing therapy plans targeting articulation goals
• Ability to work comfortably with small groups and in one-on-one settings
• Strong documentation and progress monitoring skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review and understand each student’s individualized speech goals
• Develop targeted lesson plans to address specific articulation and communication needs
• Deliver direct speech therapy services at a local elementary campus
• Work primarily with young elementary-aged students, individually or in pairs
• Document and track student progress in accordance with established objectives
• Maintain collaborative relationships with parents, educators, and support teams
• Adapt to a schedule that typically includes eight Wednesdays each semester, with sessions from 8:00am to 1:00pm (estimated 8 days in the fall semester and 8-10 days in the spring semester)—the exact schedule is flexible
