Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain inventory levels and purchasing data in Tribute Software, including costs, list prices, and IMPM records
• Expedite purchase orders and handle daily purchasing as assigned by the Purchasing Manager
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure the best possible products and services
• Process product non-conformances and manage supplier returns
• Track, analyze, and act on monthly inventory levels – identifying and working to reduce slow-moving, obsolete, and dead inventory
• Review and document inventory discrepancies with relevant managers and supervisors
• Maintain and adjust system replacement costs and list prices as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and with vendors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Basic familiarity with purchasing or supply chain concepts. You don't need to be an expert, but you should have a general sense of how buying, inventory, and vendor relationships work
• A blue-collar background or hands-on work history is a strong fit. Candidates who've worked in auto parts, the trades, manufacturing, or high-volume service environments like restaurants or bars tend to thrive here
• Comfortable taking direction, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• One year of related education or training, or 3-6 months of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of both
