Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity - Bronx, New York
Atleast 2 years of experience as a PMHNP, they need to speak Spanish
Position: Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatry (1 opening)
Join a dynamic team in the heart of the Bronx providing essential psychiatric care. We're seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality patient services in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications, provide therapy, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage patient follow-ups, crisis interventions, and coordinate care
Qualifications:
- Active NY NP license with Psychiatric certification (PMHNP)
- DEA licensure and experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a community-focused environment
