At least 1 year of bartending experience in a full bar setting

Must be 21 with reliable transportation (snow doesn't stop us!)

Someone who loves hospitality and takes pride in their craft

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork-driven

Base Pay: $11.79/hour (Colorado minimum for tipped employees)

Average Earnings: $25$40/hour with tips

Opportunities for Pay Increases: Yes, based on performance and advancement

Paid Leave (Colorado HFWA Compliance): Accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked (up to 48 hrs/year)

Additional leave may be available during declared public health emergencies

Sick time is paid on your regular paycheck cadence
