Lead Wealth Advisor | Boutique RIA

Location: Cleveland, OH

Employment: Full-Time | W-2

The firm currently manages approximately $570M in assets and has built a strong reputation serving high-net-worth families, executives, and business owners. With a strong pipeline of new business and ambitious plans for continued growth, they're looking for advisors who want to be part of building something long-term, with the opportunity to participate in the firm's success through equity ownership.

Advisors joining the firm will step into established high-net-worth client relationships from day one, while also having access to a strong pipeline of prospective clients generated through the firm's existing marketing, referral, and business development efforts.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both sophisticated planning and developing new relationships, but wants to do so within a collaborative, well-supported environment rather than having to build a practice independently.

The firm has invested heavily in its infrastructure, with dedicated resources across financial planning, investments, trading, compliance, and client service. What We're Looking For

• 5–10+ years of wealth management experience, ideally within an RIA or private wealth environment

• Experience leading relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
\n
• Strong comprehensive financial planning capabilities, including investment, tax, estate, and retirement planning coordination
\n
• Demonstrated success in business development, prospect engagement, and converting new client relationships
\n
• A relationship-driven advisor who enjoys both servicing existing clients and contributing to firm growth
\n
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills and a commitment to client service
\n
• CFP® designation preferred, but not required
\n

Compensation & Long-Term Opportunity

The firm offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $150K, with flexibility based on experience, along with additional revenue-based compensation opportunities.
