ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a full-time Insurance Sales Representative, your primary focus will be growing our agency by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose insurance solutions that make sense for their lives — including auto, home, life, health, and related products.
This is a sales position with clear goals and expectations. We don’t believe in high-pressure selling. We believe in asking the right questions, listening carefully, providing value, following up consistently, and confidently asking for the business when we can genuinely help.

Compensation:
First-year total compensation can range from approximately $45,000 to $85,000+ depending on individual production. Strong performers have a realistic path toward the higher end of this range through consistent activity and results.
Compensation range reflects varying levels of individual production and is not a guarantee of earnings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, texts, emails, referrals, and community outreach.
• Build and actively manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s needs.
• Educate prospective customers about insurance products and coverage options.
• Prepare quotes and guide customers through the decision-making process.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and confidently ask for the business.
• Identify opportunities to help customers with multiple insurance needs.
• Develop referral opportunities and relationships within the local community.
• Work toward established activity and sales goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow agency and regulatory procedures.

Schedule
Full-time position, Monday–Friday. Exceptional part-time candidates may also be considered.
