Engineering Conceptual Estimator

We are looking for an Engineering Conceptual Estimator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide accurate cost estimates for engineering projects during the conceptual design phase. The Engineering Conceptual Estimator will work closely with the engineering team to analyze project requirements, create cost estimates, and contribute to project planning.




**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an estimator in the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction processes.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools (WinEst is a must).
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.




**Responsibilities:**
- Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to understand the scope of work.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and other documentation to identify project constraints and requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for engineering projects.
- Present and explain cost estimates to internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, project specifications, and related documentation.
- Participate in project meetings to provide input on cost-related matters and project feasibility.
- Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and cost factors to improve estimating accuracy.
