Who are we looking for?

The Social Media/Front Desk Coordinator is an energetic, people-focused team member responsible for elevating the Orangetheory Fitness brand both online and in-studio. This individual takes ownership of the studios social media presence by creating engaging content, promoting events and offers, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. At the front desk, they provide world-class customer service, build relationships with members and prospects, support membership sales, schedule classes, answer phones, and help create an exceptional member experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

This person enjoys being creative while also staying organized and on schedule. They are comfortable managing multiple projects at once and understand the importance of deadlines, communication, and attention to detail.

This individual will play a key role in helping the team grow its brand, stay visible in the market, and create opportunities through content and marketing efforts.

What will you do?

  • Plan, create, and manage a 30-day content calendar
  • Post consistently on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,
  • Write captions and create content that aligns with the teams brand voice
  • Edit and produce video content using tools like CapCut (or similar)
  • Film content with the team
  • Stay up to date with current trends, topics, and platform changes
  • Assist with Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Create Content with Canva
  • Manage comments, messages, and engagement across platforms (including liking, commenting, and messaging potential clients and followers)

  • Helping us CRUSH membership sales goals
  • Welcoming and onboarding new members
  • Connecting with potential members by phone, text, email, and event
  • Delivering world-class customer service to our community
