If you’re looking to be a part of a passionate team solving these complex problems, then Rotary and Mission Systems is the place for you.The WorkAs a Hardware IPT Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading electrical engineering development teams of 5 - 20 engineers through the hardware development process of digital subsystems.Acting as technical liaison between Engineering & Technology leadership and Program Management to align resources, staffing and milestone planning.Facilitating weekly IPT status meetings and ensuring transparent communication among engineering, technology, program management and customer stakeholders.Delivering clear, concise oral and written updates to leadership, customers and cross functional teams.Overseeing subsystem development, build and test activities to meet schedule, performance and quality requirements.Experience fostering close working relationships with associate IPT Leads, functional Managers, and customer counterparts.Who We AreLockheed Martin is a global aerospace, defense, and security company dedicated to advancing scientific discovery and harnessing innovation to make the world a safer place. This includes SRR, PDR, CDR, Qualification, System Verification & Test, FCA, and transition to production.Working knowledge of dealing with subcontractors and subcontract technical management is a plus.Pay Information $110500.00 - $208344.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
