A growing digital marketing team is seeking an experienced SEM Team Lead for a direct hire opportunity in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional who enjoys combining search strategy, paid media execution, analytics, and team leadership to drive measurable business growth.

As the SEM Team Lead, you will guide SEO and paid search initiatives while mentoring marketing team members and collaborating with content, web, and marketing partners. Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SEO and paid search specialists.
- Create and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, search rankings, and online visibility.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and paid search campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data, website performance, and search trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement AI tools, automation, and marketing technology solutions to increase efficiency and results.
- Partner with marketing, content, and web development teams to support digital growth initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid in Cherry Hill, NJ.
