Manager, Process Improvement

AbbVie seeks a process improvement manager to lead complex organizational initiatives leveraging lean and continuous improvement methodologies. The role involves managing projects aligned with corporate objectives, implementing change management programs, and coaching teams across functions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned and self-directed improvement projects to achieve corporate goals and measurable savings
- Establish project governance, set priorities, and ensure effective resource allocation and implementation
- Serve as change agent to identify and implement continuous improvement practices organization-wide
- Develop and deliver training programs on lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Build stakeholder relationships and influence support for improvement initiatives across functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business Management
- 8+ years in Operations, Quality, Financial Management, or Supply Chain Management
- Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and advanced planning methods
- Proven capability to manage and implement change management programs
- Experience as Project Lead or Project Team member with documented results
- Ability to lead and coach multidisciplinary teams across organizational levels
- Knowledge of SAP, JDA, or similar enterprise systems
