Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager, Regulatory Information & Content Management

Senior Manager role leading global regulatory information management strategy and digital platforms at a major medical device company. Responsible for developing and executing Regulatory Information Management System capabilities, content management governance, and cross-functional initiatives aligned with broader Digital RA strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead global regulatory information and content management strategy and operational execution across business units and regions
- Oversee prioritization and delivery of Regulatory Information Management System initiatives and related digital capabilities
- Establish business requirements, governance frameworks, and performance measures for assigned platforms
- Partner with stakeholders across regulatory affairs, quality, technology, and business units to identify needs and build scalable solutions
- Develop strategic initiatives and business cases for regulatory information and content management opportunities
Requirements
- Strategic leadership experience in regulatory information or content management
- Proven ability to develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps
- Cross-functional collaboration skills across regulatory, quality, and technology teams
- Experience with regulatory information systems, document management, or submission platforms
- Understanding of regulatory information architecture, metadata, and governance frameworks
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
