Senior Manager, International Tax Compliance

Senior Manager overseeing Becton Dickinson's end-to-end U.S. international tax compliance process. Reports to Director of International Tax and manages annual compliance calendar, data collection, complex tax calculations, information returns, external providers, and timely filings across multinational operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall U.S. international tax compliance process including calendar development and timely return filings
- Prepare and review international tax calculations for Subpart F, GILTI, foreign tax credits, and related computations
- Prepare and review applicable U.S. international information returns and transaction-specific filings
- Coordinate with global finance teams to obtain, validate, and reconcile trial balances and tax data
- Manage external service providers and maintain robust compliance controls and workpaper documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years U.S. international tax experience with complex multinational compliance
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Deep technical knowledge of Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 5472, 1118 and related calculations
- Working knowledge of withholding tax reporting, entity elections, BEAT, section 163(j), transfer pricing
- Strong project management, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Experience with Corptax, Alteryx, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Ability to research complex tax rules and document conclusions in audit-ready memoranda
