Before becoming an agent, I spent 10 years as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and an appreciation for the importance of building a strong team. Outside of work, I’m married with two kids who stay busy with football, basketball, and rugby. I enjoy staying active myself through endurance riding, mountain biking, cross country, and boating. Being involved in our community is important to me. I serve as an assistant coach, stay active with local youth sports, and am involved with the Rotary Club. Role description As an Account Manager for Andres Ordaz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Bilingual Spanish preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
