Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of bookkeeping experience and be comfortable handling accounts payable, data entry, and general administrative and filing duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Enter financial and business data accurately into accounting systems.
• Process vendor invoices and payments.
• Maintain organized financial documents, invoices, receipts, and records.
• Perform general bookkeeping and administrative duties.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Assist with tracking expenses and reconciling financial records.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and team members.
• Ensure financial documents and records are accurate and up to date.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with accounts payable and data entry.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage documents and files efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professional, dependable, and responsible work ethic.

Compensation

• $20–$25 per hour , depending on the candidate's level of expertise and experience.
