Territory Manager

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

The Job:

• Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives by developing new accounts and increasing business in existing accounts.
• Build relationships with medical practices, treatment centers, and other healthcare providers and serve as a trusted, strategic partner with a focus on growth and building long-term client relationships.
• Manage your book of business with face-to-face travel within your region.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree from a four-year, accredited university.
• 2+ years with a demonstrated track record of continued, progressive sales success.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience selling to medical practices, pain management clinics, and treatment centers.
• Strong cold calling and closing skills.
• Prior experience in pain management preferred.
• CRM experience and comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory and conduct frequent face-to-face visits within the territory.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare confidentiality, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
