Manage technical services for the Bureau/Department and provide system and other technical training to department staff. Design and customize data entry screens for department use. Develop and maintain systems, tools, and device manuals, practices, and policies. Troubleshootand resolve end user problems.This position is Actively Recruited and At Will.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsGraduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a directly related field and Four (4) years in providing technical support and maintenance to assigned systems, platforms, and applications or directly related experience is required. Two (2) years of prior supervisory or lead experience is required.Candidates who are contacted will be required to produce original required documents (e.g., current driver’s license, diploma, school transcript, certifications, etc.) listed on the Notice of Job Opportunity within five (5) days of being extended an offer, in writing, by the Bureau Chief of BHR (or designee).
