Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, analytical Supply Chain Specialist to join the dynamic Supply Chain team of a global leader in consumer electronics and home appliances. If you excel at turning data into actionable insights, mastering system setups, and working cross-functionally to optimize demand and inventory, this is your opportunity to drive impact within a multinational leader. key responsibilities Demand & Planning Collaboration: Partner closely with the Central Planning Team by providing weekly updates on demand forecasts, market trends, and forecast deviations. Serve as a reliable backup for the Demand Planner. Lifecycle Management (PIPO): Manage Phase-In and Phase-Out (PIPO) activities to ensure seamless new product introductions and smooth discontinuations while minimizing inventory risks. KPI Tracking & Forecasting Accuracy: Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve forecast accuracy by tracking key company metrics, identifying root causes of variances, and implementing corrective actions. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present clear planning reports and performance analyses to support both operational execution and strategic decision-making. Master Data Governance: Oversee SKU and Customer master data creation and ongoing system maintenance to maintain pristine database integrity. Systems & Platform Administration: Manage user accounts, setup, and maintenance across critical platforms (EDI / TP2 / Archer). Project & Commercial Support: Provide hands‑on supply chain support for strategic new projects, business tenders, and the preparation/verification of secondary Freight & Warehousing (F&W) processes. experience 2-4 years of operational experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning preferably within the electrical appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG industries. skills High attention to detail with the ability to diagnose root causes and translate complex numbers into simple strategic actions. Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with central teams, sales, finance, and logistics operations. qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience with SAP (MM/PP/SD modules) or enterprise demand planning software; familiarity with EDI systems, TP2, or Archer platforms is a major plus. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for seamless collaboration with multinational teams and central planners.
