The team is dedicated to helping build and maintain a robust investment process and investment operating mechanism within an advisor’s practice. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.Responsibilities:Provide advisors with consultative, objective advice, along with highly customized investment solutions, to help them achieve their business objectives.Lead portfolio design and asset allocation frameworks.Ensure portfolios align with IPS constraints and risk objectives.Oversee junior portfolio managers and investment analysts.Support client reviews in coordination with advisors.Support the LPL Sales Enablement process meeting with prospective clients.Draw upon previous experience in a OCIO consulting role and drive advisor adoption for the firm’s services.Requirements:5+ years providing investment consulting servicesBachelor's degreeCore Competencies:Demonstrated interest in investmentsAnalytical and quantitative skillsDemonstrated leadership, integrity, and initiativeDemonstrated command of written communication and strong business writing skillsAbility and willingness to engage in conversation with internal and external partiesAbility to work both independently and in a team under tight deadlinesPreferences:CFA designation preferredAbility to obtain Series 7 and 66 within one year of employment or CFA designation.Pay Range: $150,792.00 - $251,320.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
