Humana is seeking a Medicare Call Center Representative (Inbound) to assist members with 40+ daily inbound calls in a remote, high-volume environment. You will document inquiries, provide resolutions, and educate members on benefits while adhering to policies and quality standards. Training begins day one with 12 weeks of virtual sessions 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday. After training, 8-hour shifts occur between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET; some weekends/overtime may be required during peak #J-18808-Ljbffr Humana
