Personal Lines Account Manager

Overview OneDigital provides risk management solutions, assisting clients with protection against unforeseen events. We seek a Personal Lines Account Manager to support existing clients and develop new relationships. Summary Experienced and knowledgeable Personal Lines Account Manager tasked with ensuring client success and satisfaction. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Build strong relationships with clients to maintain existing business and acquire new accounts, consistently delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service. Process new and renewal business, endorsement requests, proof of insurance, and review policies and endorsements for accuracy and relevance. Correspond professionally with insurance companies and clients to update, obtain, or verify necessary information for account servicing. Accurately answer client questions about insurance coverages and needs. Respond to underwriting questions from insurance companies regarding client accounts. Assist with claims processing when applicable. Support marketing efforts as needed. Stay informed about new coverages and products. Handle tasks in a manner that complies with agency quality control standards. Continuously seek opportunities to make new sales and cross-sell when in contact with clients. Other Responsibilities Enroll in annual continuing education to stay updated on industry changes. Perform other specific duties and projects assigned by the team manager. Pursue a program of personal and professional development. Qualifications and Skills A current Property and Casualty Insurance license is preferred; OneDigital is willing to assist with licensing for the right applicant. High-school diploma, two years of college or two years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail. Strong time-management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies. Compensation and Benefits The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50,000 to $60,000 per year. Pay varies based on skills, education, experience, and location. Variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus are possible based on performance.
