Position: Front Office Coordinator

Job Location: Milwaukee WI

Employment Term: Long Term

Employment Type: Full-Time

Starting Date -ASAP

Work Hours (Shift): 1st Shift (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday)

Starting Pay: $17-$20 per hour DOE

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience: At least 2 years of office and also customer service experience required. Must be able to type 40 wpm.


Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support for incoming calls
• Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day
• Welcome applicants
• Help applicants finish hiring process and documents
• Sign off on required documentation
• Process weekly payroll reports
• Recruit applicants from platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Facebook
• Help keep the flow of the office

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Proficient data entry & typing skills
• Able to problem solve and multitask
• Prior office and customer service experience required
• Ability to type 40 wpm or more required
• Able to handle fast, high-stress, rapidly changing situations
