Finance Manager

Contract Role
Center Valley, PA (100% Onsite)

IntePros is partnering with a leading medical device organization to hire an experienced Finance Manager. This role will serve as the primary financial partner to a business unit within the Medical Systems Group, supporting strategic initiatives, financial planning, business analysis, and operational improvements while working closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze monthly financial results and provide P&L commentary.
Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial models.
Support marketing with financial analysis, ROI evaluations, and investment strategies.
Review customer contracts and assess financial performance.
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
Create management reports and partner with business leaders on strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).
6+ years of finance or accounting experience.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience supporting business operations in a manufacturing or medical device environment is a plus.
