Responsibilities Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit. Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence. Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and that any issues are dealt with quickly and safely. Qualifications / What You’ll Bring Outstanding eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection. Serve as a role model for excellent service and a warm welcome to customers.
