- Identify and engage energy decision-makers through targeted outreach, cold calling, and territory based research.
- Set qualified meetings and pass opportunities to senior advisors for strategy and closing.
- Manage and track contract end dates to maintain a clean, proactive pipeline.
- Send market updates and nurture prospects throughout their buying cycle to build trust and momentum.
- Learn procurement strategy, market fundamentals, and advisory best practices through hands on training and real client exposure.
- W2 Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 base

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Professional demeanor for client and prospect interactions
- Open to Quarterly Travel to New Haven, CT
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Energy Management, or Data Analytics
- 1–2 years of internship or professional experience in sales, consulting, finance, or analytics
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.)
- Experience with Excel modeling or data analysis
- Interest in energy markets, commodities, or financial markets
