Frontline Capability Architect - Learning & Standards
Securitas Global Clients America
Securitas is seeking a Frontline Capability Lead to develop and maintain learning standards and solutions that boost officer and supervisor effectiveness. You will align capabilities with business priorities and support multi-regional client needs. You will own design standards for frontline development, enable scalable regional delivery, and drive continuous improvement using data and feedback.
