Responsibilities of the Accounting Supervisor:

• Conduct a symphony of timely, accurate, and efficient monthly accounting close.
• Choreograph day-to-day accounting activities, including:
• Accounts Receivable pirouettes
• Treasury management jigs
• Bank reconciliation waltzes
• General ledger accounting sambas
• Collaborate in creating financial statement masterpieces and account reconciliation artworks.
• Craft, analyze, document, implement, and maintain internal control tapestries.
• Spin, weave, and enhance accounting and finance policies, processes, and procedures to create a consistent canvas in compliance with US GAAP.
• Curate, analyze, and present data from various locations, turning it into a vibrant palette of business recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining automation and infuse process improvements with a burst of color.
• Direct the Weekly Operating Reporting show to all fields, showcasing the previous week's activity in a dazzling display.
• Supervise Third Party Fundraisers with an eye for flair and finesse, and report to related fields with style.
• Provide support to the field, ensuring billing and payment processing systems are part of a harmonious financial symphony.

Requirements for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Channel your inner financial artist with five or more years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; master's is a plus.
• Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced or higher Excel skills.
• Experience with Sage 100 is advantageous, but not required.
• Be a maestro of GAAP, orchestrating financial brilliance.
• Translate data and analysis into a vibrant business spectacle.
• Feel comfortable in the spotlight, presenting to senior management and owners.
