Role Overview The Sales Advisor is responsible for driving the customer’s automotive purchasing experience, representing the dealership professionally, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is dynamic and customer‑centric, requiring strong communication skills and an ability to handle multiple concurrent relationships. Responsibilities Lead customers through their sales journey with enthusiasm. Represent the dealership in a professional manner. Maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent and friendly follow‑up. Respond to and communicate with prospects from web leads, phone leads, and store leads. Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to build relationships. Persuasive with a strong drive for results. Tolerant of uncertainty and able to navigate a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred. Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., hold a valid in‑state driver’s license and a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Benefits Competitive base compensation ranging from $40,000 to $120,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses. 401(k) plan with company match.
