Looking for a Senior Estimating Manager to lead bid assembly on large, complex commercial pursuits and manage a team of estimators along the way. You'll bring deep expertise across multiple trades and building types, plus enough runway to guide junior staff through the full bid lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead bid assembly on large, complex project pursuits
• Apply deep trade expertise across divisions 2, 15, and 16 to the estimating process
• Maintain and leverage trade partner and supplier relationships to inform business decisions
• Use historical bid data for external proposals and internal bid reviews
• Apply lessons learned from trade partner buyout to reduce risk and improve process
• Lead project meetings and client presentations
• Provide oversight to Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Estimating Managers on risk, value engineering, constructability, and pricing
• Conduct performance reviews for junior staff

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years estimating experience in commercial construction, including 2+ years managing estimators
• Experience leading bids on multiple complex projects across varied building types
• Strong grasp of safety, quality, constructability, and sustainability standards
• Leadership-level communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
