CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sprinkler Foreman to join our Fire Protection Services Team in Tampa, FL or Coral Springs, FL . In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day installation activities, coordinate field crews, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is an opportunity to play a hands-on leadership role while contributing to projects that help protect people, property, and communities.

Lead the layout, assembly, and installation of fire sprinkler piping systems and fire pumps for commercial and industrial buildings
• Oversee on-site work crews, ensuring installations comply with NFPA standards, local codes, and customer requirements
• Conduct hydrostatic testing to verify system functionality and identify leaks
• Perform final inspections with the local, state, and county AHJ's
• Serve as a technical expert for the team, interpreting work specifications, fire codes, and training junior team members to ensure consistency in project execution
• Maintain positive client relationships and clear communication on project status including relaying potential change orders or service needs

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 7 years of industry experience required
• Strong knowledge of the fire protection industry including wet and dry fire sprinkler systems, NFPA standards, local codes, and best practices
• Proven leadership skills with prior experience overseeing field crews
• Proficiency in reading and redlining fabrication drawings
• Excellent communication skills and a positive customer service attitude
• Ability to work independently, adapt to various physical work environments, and lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license required; must be willing to travel
• OSHA 30 training required or must obtain within 30 days of employment
• Sales aptitude a plus

• Take ownership of field operations, driving quality, safety, and project success from the ground up
• Build strong leadership skills while coordinating crews and guiding installation activities in the field
• Play a vital role in delivering fire protection systems that safeguard businesses, facilities, and communities

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
