We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales representative to join our Grimco Billerica office. This candidate will play a vital role in driving revenue and growth in our New England Market by building strategic relationships with businesses in the commercial graphics, printing, and signage industries. This is customer-facing, team-oriented sales role that utilizes both digital and in-person selling. You will work within a team structure, sharing common objectives, and collaborating daily to bring customer value and increase market share. Job Description Building and maintaining customer relationships through calls, visits, and consultative selling Prospecting and developing new accounts while growing existing ones Collaborating with your team on shared sales goals -this is a team-based environment, not a sink or swim set-up Conducting on-site visits and product demos when it makes sense for the customer Manage a sales pipeline: Track, prioritize, and close opportunities using CRM tools Drive net new business: Prospect and convert new customers through outbound calls and targeted outreach Grow existing accounts: Expand relationships through cross-selling, upselling, and retention strategies Handle inbound sales: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product solutions, and close opportunities Execute outbound activity: Conduct consistent outbound phone calls to generate leads, follow up on marketing opportunities, and re-engage dormant accounts Qualifications KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER CHARACTERISTICS: 1-5 years in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role Someone who builds rapport quickly and isn't afraid to pick up the phone Experience building deep customer and client relationships Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-selling environment Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for customer visits (mileage reimbursement provided) Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and achieve sales target CRM experience preferred What Grimco offers Base salary + commission with strong earning potential Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits (stable premiums for 18 years running) 401(k) with profit sharing (~6% of total compensation) Paid parental leave, PTO, holidays, and volunteer time off Structured onboarding and ongoing professional development Training & Development Formal Sales Orientation at Grimco’s St. Louis headquarters Blended training program including hands-on learning, virtual sessions, and cross-functional exposure Focus on product knowledge, sales execution, systems, and operational workflows Full compensation provided during training; travel expenses covered Grimco is a 150-year industry leader, with 65+ locations across North America.
