Sales Representative

Job Description The Representative Sales will be responsible for presenting our timeshare offerings to potential customers, guiding them through the buying process, and ultimately closing sales. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Qualify leads and identify prospective buyers by engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including sales activity and follow-up details. Negotiate contracts with prospective customers. Answer questions regarding credit term, services, and prices while maintaining customer records. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Proven experience in timeshare sales. Strong understanding of the sales cycle and closing techniques in the timeshare industry.
