What You’ll Be Doing: Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close processes Perform bank and account reconciliations Support fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules Produce and analyze financial reports Assist with audit preparation and documentation Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations Leverage Excel to analyze data and improve reporting efficiency What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of accounting experience Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Sage Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Why You’ll Love This Opportunity: Competitive compensation Opportunity to make an immediate impact Diverse accounting responsibilities with room for growth Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to financial reporting, audits, and month-end close activities Chance to expand your technical accounting and ERP expertise If you’re looking for a role where you can contribute, grow, and be recognized for your accounting expertise, we’d love to connect.
