The Project Manager - Commercial Projects - Ashland, VA will be responsible for:

• Leading commercial construction projects from award through final completion.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service.
• Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Conducting regular owner meetings and providing consistent project updates.
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall project performance.
• Developing, maintaining, and updating construction schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating scheduling activities with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Collaborating with preconstruction teams regarding estimates, procurement strategies, long-lead items, and project risks.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Projects - Ashland, VA should have:
