Pharmacy IT Deskside Engineer - Windows & Peripherals

Cognizant

Cognizant is hiring a Deskside Support Engineer in Waukegan, IL to maintain pharmacy IT operations, including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and label printers. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network and peripheral issues, and manage incidents to ensure timely resolutions with excellent customer service for critical pharmacy environments. 3–6 years of desktop/field support experience and strong hands-on expertise are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cognizant
