Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Overview We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress as part of the treatment plan. Qualifications Passionate about helping children with autism.
