VP Product Manager, Global Private Bank

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a closely related domain.
• We need advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• We need demonstrated ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic planning, requirements definition, and value management.
• We need a bachelors degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related discipline.
• We need a strong track record of launching successful AdTech and/or CDP products and managing MarTech solutions such as marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools.
• We need a solid understanding of B2C financial services sales processes, customer journey mapping, and lead generation approaches.
• We need proficiency in data analysis and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• We need a strong grasp of digital advertising ecosystems, data management, and personalization strategies.
• We need excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• We need effective communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• We need experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Preferred: prior experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

• We develop product strategy and a product vision that delivers value to customers.
• We manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer needs and feed them into the product roadmap.
• We own, maintain, and evolve the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• We build the framework and track key product success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• We collaborate with marketing, data, engineering, and external vendor teams to deliver integrated solutions that improve campaign performance and client engagement, while setting and communicating clear delivery timelines and KPIs.
• We educate partners on Customer Data Platform usage and align them with robust engagement platform strategies.
• We explain audience creation within the Customer Data Platform for first- and third-party data, including lookalike audience activation.
• We understand data structures and audience attribution to enable deeper personalization.
• We serve as a subject matter expert in developing rule engines for engagement across multiple digital channels.
• We drive the maturity of engagement strategies and evaluate customer behaviors and how interactions influence channel activation.
• We ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across all AdTech and Customer Data Platform initiatives.
